At Aura Skin Co., we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
